- Listing of your home on the Charleston Trident MLS, as well as hundreds of additional real estate websites including Realtor.com
- Listing with 24 full color, digital photographs (Maximum allowed by the Charleston Trident MLS)
- Copy of your complete listing as seen by other Realtors
- Lockbox for Realtor access (if applicable)
- Carolina Realty Solutions™ yard sign with space for your personal contact information
- All leads forwarded directly to you
- All forms and documents required in the sale of your property
- Initial listing term of 6 months with no charge to extend for up to 2 years from original listing date
- Cancel any time with no penalty

- Appointment setting and feedback through ShowingTime. Never miss a showing and no talking with Realtors until there is further interest or an offer.
- Get feedback automatically at your own personal, secure web-page assigned to you by ShowingTime. Check your showing information and feedback from anywhere you have internet access.
- Additional Level of Safety – ShowingTime screens EVERY appointment to ensure the agent showing your home is verified to be a current member in good standing with your local Realtor Association. You will have the security and peace of mind of knowing exactly who is showing your home.

With our full service programs:
- We handle all the paperwork, field any questions or information request from possible buyers and buyers agents. We will provide advice along the way and negotiate all offers to help you achieve the absolute best price and terms for your home.
- We act as your advocate with all impacted parties (buyer agent, closing attorney, etc.) while advising on anything else that needs to be addressed during the sales process.
Although not limited to, our Full Service Listing Programs typically include the following:
- Initial face to face consultation with a Carolina Realty Solutions associate to discuss sales options, pricing, staging, etc.
- Market analysis of your home to assist in accurate pricing
- Discuss and complete all necessary paperwork and required documentation for the listing and sale of the home
- Maximum number of pictures allowed by MLS taken by a CRS associate
- Maximum MLS and internet access with your listing appearing on several hundred real estate websites including Realtor.com
- Lockbox for Realtor access
- Yard or window signage as appropriate
- Home warranty option
- Automatic alerts sent when new homes come on the market in your neighborhood to help gauge your competition
- Personal relationship with your listing agent who’s there to assist in all facets of the sales process.
